Columbia Cascade River District
Columbia-Cascade River District (CCRD) is being developed through the East Metro Economic Alliance, a partnership between the Cities of Wood Village, Fairview, Troutdale, and Gresham and the Port of Portland.
The vision for the CCRD is to draw economic development to the East County that will create family wage jobs, a diverse economic base, a stable tax base, an on-going collaborative decision-making process, commitment to community livability and timely development.
The CCRD is bounded on the north by the Colubmia River, on the south by I-84, on the west at approximately 170th Avenue, and on the east by the Sandy River.
