General Information

Applications are accepted for specific position vacancies only. Applications or resumes are not kept on file in anticipation of an opening.

When a position is advertised, applicants must complete and submit a City of Wood Village application form on or before the closing date specified on the job announcement. Late application material will not be accepted.

All current openings are advertised in the Sunday Oregonian and on the City’s employment page. Some job openings are given a wider recruitment effort and announcements are forwarded to selected agencies.

Following a thorough review of all applications, the most qualified applicants are invited to participate in the selection process. The City will contact all candidates it intends to interview.

b) Stamped ($1.17), self-addressed, standard business envelope. If requests for applications are made close to our deadline, you may not receive the application in time.
